If, after receiving the package, you find that you want to return the product, you have 14 days to notify us of your resignation. Remember that you do not have to provide the reason for the return, but your feedback will be very valuable to us and help in the development of the brand, and each subsequent collection will meet your expectations.

Frequently asked questions regarding returns and exchanges

After notification of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the return form will be sent by e-mail with a request to complete and attach to the returned package.

Goods can be returned intact at any time, but only up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, we must accept the return.

Usually, we only need an email confirmation of the transaction, which is sent automatically after placing the order. A receipt is not necessary.

After receiving a request to return the goods, at the client's request we send a courier to collect the package. The customer does not bear the cost of return.

As a rule, we try to replace the mismatched or defective product as soon as possible, if available. In order not to wait for the return, we agree with the customer the exchange made via courier - he receives the return from the customer, while delivering a new item.
