Returns and exchanges
If, after receiving the package, you find that you want to return the product, you have 14 days to notify us of your resignation. Remember that you do not have to provide the reason for the return, but your feedback will be very valuable to us and help in the development of the brand, and each subsequent collection will meet your expectations.

- 2. After receiving the application, we will contact you to arrange the return details.
- 3. For your convenience, we will send a courier to pick up the returned goods. Silky Mood returns are free.
